The magic of colors
The dyeing process is one in which colors become part of the fabric, just as nature becomes part of the artisan's work.
Natural Dyeing
It is a highly complex technique in which cochineal grana, indigo blue and other elements are used. Natural dyeing is the most beautiful expression of colors, which is why, despite its difficulty, it is frequently used in handicrafts.
Synthetic Dyeing
Artisans use aniline as a blend of the past with the production techniques of the present. Anilines achieve a perfect finish on all natural fiber fabrics and on some synthetics, such as lycra and nylon.
